New to Croquet? – come to an open day

You may have never played croquet or played for fun in the back garden or maybe you were a keen player ‘back in the day’ but whatever your background you will be very welcome to come and meet us and have a go!

If you would like to give it a try there are 2 open days on Saturday 18 April and Saturday 9 May 2020 where you can just turn up anytime between 10am and 3pm and have a go. Equipment will be provided, just wear casual comfortable clothes and flat shoes. There is no charge.

It is also possible to turn up on any other Saturday morning from April to September when you will be very welcome but might need to wait a short while to have a try.

If Saturdays are not a free day for you please get in touch via the contact form and we can arrange an alternate time.

If you try it and enjoy the game you can come up to three times at no charge but after that we ask that you join the club. This can be as a full member for £55 a year. If you belong to the U3A you can join one of the U3A groups once a week though there may be a waiting list.
